Couples Avoid This Hotel

So there I was, needing a place to crash after all that business. The only good thing was the location, I mean it was decent for a quick trip. But that’s about it.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

The location was convenient. we loved being close to the festival. The room was clean and the staff, while busy, were friendly when approached. My mother appreciated the strong air conditioning, especially in the hot weather.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could improve soundproofing for family stays.

Request a room away from the main hallway to reduce noise and ensure a quieter stay.

No bells, no whistles, just facts

If you’re looking for frills, this isn’t the place. My family and I encountered dismal room conditions on arrival, with cleanliness issues and inadequate amenities. While some staff were friendly, the overall experience felt more like a last resort than a welcoming stay.

Our stay was a bummer when we found out only two people were allowed per room. The front desk refused us access despite our long travel. Super frustrating!

Though the location was convenient and the nearby Mexican restaurant served fantastic food, staff rudeness and a lack of cleanliness were major letdowns. The beds were uncomfortable, and my attempts to communicate about issues were met with dismissiveness. Not the best experience overall.

the King Suite was spacious with a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and great air conditioning. enjoyed free toiletries in the clean private bathroom, and the sofa was comfy. the staff were nice and helped me with local info. WiFi worked well too!
